Our kitchen offerings are famous. Healthy home-style cooking is served buffet-style, with such favourites as chicken dinners, roast beef, stir-fry, generous salads, and homemade breads, rolls and desserts. Meals and mealtimes are fondly remembered by our guests, and provide a strong sense of community.

We strive to be a welcoming place and accommodate the needs and special requests of our guests. At times we experience circumstances in which the needs of guests outstrip our capacity to respond. In order to strike a balance, we are implementing a clearer statement about the dietary restrictions we can accommodate.
This includes: vegetarian, vegan, no pork, celiac (gluten free), lactose intolerance, peanut and shellfish allergies. Individuals with more specialized diets may supplement their meals at the Centre with their own food from home. The celiac or gluten free menu requires a surcharge of $7.50 per day.We have soy milk available.
Breakfast is served at 8am, lunch (full course dinner) at 12.30pm and supper at 5.30pm. Nutrition breaks are served at 10.30am and 3pm. Come and enjoy!
