It is an empowering feeling to be informed and to know your options for death care. In this workshop, we also learn about the importance of having difficult conversations, planning ahead and sharing our wishes.
We will take time to reflect on our relationship with life and death; to recognize that death and caregiving for others and ourselves are essentially spiritual functions. Grounding, centering, developing compassion and appreciating the desire for healing are all integral to this.
