Andrew House has 2 residences; residence 1 is permanently rented but residence 2 is available to rent. It has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed; 1 double and 1 single bed), a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and toaster oven, bathroom, and living room with TV.
